HEALING TO THE MAX

Healing to the Max is a therapeutic grief support groups for parents that have lost a child to suicide and for youth and teens (ages 11-19) that have lost a family member or friend to suicide.

“Healing To The Max” is the ONLY therapeutic support group offered specifically to support parents and their children bereaved due to a tragic loss by suicide. This twelve-week, intensive group has been collaboratively designed by fellow survivors and clinical counselors with more than 23 years of experience in group therapy. This group will be taught through a narrative therapy lens and will focus on one aspect of this complicated grieving process, each week.

THE CANADA SUICIDE PREVENTION SERVICE

Help is available 24/7/365 through the Canada Suicide Prevention Service. Whether you’re thinking about suicide, know someone who is thinking about suicide, or struggling with a loss from suicide, the Canada Suicide Prevention Service is here for you.

You can access their services by calling 1-833-456-4566 (24/7/365) or texting 45645 (4pm-midnight ET).
